'위 아 원(We Are One)'은 다문화 청소년을 위하여 청소년들이 주도하는 예술과 문화 단체입니다. We Are One is a student-led arts and culture organization created by young people, for young people of color.

청소년들이 다양성, 형평성, 포용성에 대한 가치를 키울 수 있도록 돕고, 전국 각지의 지역사회와 함께하는 다양한 행사를 통하여 다문화 청소년이 자신의 목소리를 당당히 낼 수 있도록 힘을 실어주고자 합니다. '위 아 원(We Are One)'은 전국의 다문화 청소년에게 안전한 공간이 되기를 바라며, 누구나 환영받을 수 있는 플랫폼이 되기 위하여 노력하고 있습니다. We Are One works to enrich youth commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. We host events with local communities nationwide to empower young people of color to use their voices. We Are One hopes to provide a safe space for youth of color across the country and we promise to work to make Color of Youth a platform where all feel welcome.
